Yes. The fare you see when booking is the price you pay: a fixed price, agreed in advance, with no surcharges for traffic, waiting or detours. No surprises at the end of the trip.
Will the vehicle be shared with other passengers?
No, never. Every transfer is private and exclusive: only you and the people on your booking travel, with no other passengers, stops or detours. The vehicle is entirely at your disposal.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing, at no extra cost. A free wait of up to 60 minutes after landing is included, giving you time to collect your luggage calmly.
How will I recognise my driver?
For airport or port transfers, your driver waits in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. In other cases the driver comes to the address you provided. Before the trip you receive the driver's name and number so you can stay in touch.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the scheduled transfer time. Within 48 hours no refund is due. To cancel, write to taximodica@gmail.com or call +39 333 230 5022.
Is there a night surcharge?
A 20% surcharge applies to transfers carried out between 22:00 and 06:00, due to the night-time hours. The amount is already included and shown clearly in the price before you confirm.
